Happy Holidays
Special Edition of Wellness Wednesday
Tis the season, we are entering that time of year! During this occasion we are enjoying gift giving and festive gatherings with family and friends. This time of year brings highs and lows of the holiday season. For many, the holidays can represent levels of stress that can be difficult to manage. Stress can be a result of financial expectations and obligations, as well as other hopes of the holidays from friends and family. While celebrations can create so many emotions it is also important to remember to practice self-care and balance. Self-care and balance can be achieved through having a plan to attack the fast pace hustle and bustle of this time. You can also achieve this through the supports of others that will help you maintain accountability.
Below are several articles that will provide examples of healthy ways to best cope with the holidays.
