Join hundreds of your federal probation and pretrial services colleagues for jam-packed, innovative, and fresh training. The 11th NTI is focused on S.T.E.E.L.: Service, Teamwork, Excellence, Empowerment, and Leadership- a foundation for all probation and pretrial officers and supporting staff. Learn new methods to bridging boundaries by highlighting the significance of commitment to the community; emphasizing collaborative efforts in achieving objectives; showcasing best practices and innovative approaches; encouraging personal and professional growth; and nurturing and empowering individuals to lead and change in their respective domains.
