Position Description: The Probation and Pretrial Services Office (PPSO) is seeking an individual to assist with the development and training of district administration in PACTS360. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert for PACTS360. In addition, the position will include analyzing legacy PACTS data, identifying areas of local customization needs, and implementing local customizations through standardized processes. The individual will be immersed in the PACTS 360 initiative and must have experience as a PACTS district administrator. This position may require travel to meet with the PACTS 360 team. Position Requirements/Skills: • Knowledgeable of current PACTS District Administration. Ability to learn PACTS360 navigation, tools, dashboards, fields, tables, data models, user roles and user permissions. Familiar with data access APIs, product integrations such as Capture, USSC, JEDI, Comply, Rest Assured, FieldApp, and other locally developed applications. • Familiar with understanding and communicating requirements for product development and functionality. Familiar with product testing. • Knowledge of business practices such as pretrial investigations, presentence investigations, pretrial and post-conviction supervision, report templates, client profile data, risk assessments, treatment services and contracts, officer activity documentation (currently called chronos in PACTS) and supervision plans. • Able to coach district administration staff regarding PACTS360 implementation including district conditions configuration, district investigation type configuration, district “chrono codes” configuration; “Restricted Access” configuration, user role assignment, API configuration for district applications.
