FPPOA is known for providing quality training in the form of the National Training Institute (NTI) that typically takes place every two years. You, our members, have asked the association to provide additional opportunities for learning to meet your training needs in between the NTIs.

We are happy to announce the Online Probation Pretrial Training Sessions (OPPTS)! OPPTS will consist of intermittent online trainings open to members only on a wide range of relevant job-related topics, ranging from treatment programming to career development.
